LAKE FOREST, CA. - July 29, 2009 - After performing with a variety of entertainment companies, Samantha Werbow aspired to choreograph and create her own shows. On the way back from entertaining the troops in Iraq, an executive, from the sponsoring entertainment touring company, was saying how he wanted to bring the troops new entertainment they hadn’t seen before.
Being a born leader and visionary, this gave Samantha the idea to create her own company to showcase her and other performers’ diverse skills and talents. The newly formed Smokey Joe Entertainment is ready to give audiences the excitement and fun they desperately need in this gloomy economy. Smokey Joe’s mission is to be the most diverse live entertainment company ever. "Most companies only specialize in one particular genre." says Samantha. Our Cabaret show is based on the 1966 Broadway production of the same name and the 1972 film starring Liza Minnelli. BOCA RATON, FL. - July 29, 2010 - After proudly serving Southern California’s live entertainment needs for the past year, Smokey Joe Entertainment is ready to expand to the Greater Miami area to provide the same customer satisfaction and the most exciting live entertainment shows around. Smokey Joe’s new Florida location will initially offer clients aerial arts, fire arts, burlesque dancing and bartending for their events or parties. A new snake dancing act is also available for the first time. Be amazed as our vivacious snake dancer dances around with an enormous captivating python.
