Smokey Joe's Versatile Entertainers

Samantha Werbow

Samantha Werbow is the founder of Smokey Joe Entertainment. Samantha has many years of choreographing experience from hip hop, jazz, lyrical, tap, modern and everything in between. She has worked for the Purrfect Angelz, Corey Burrell's Queen Bees, Nicolette's Can Can Cabaret, Hollywood Aerial Arts, and many others. She has an extensive background that started with gymnastics and has so far culminated with aerial tissu.

Meghan Richards

Meghan Richards was born and raised in Pennsylvania and has been dancing since the age of eight. She is trained in jazz, lyrical, ballet, hip hop and tap and was a competitive dancer for five years. In her Junior year of high school Meghan was named Urban Jamm Dance Convention's National Well-Rounded Dancer of the Year and she became the spokesmodel/dancer for this organization appearing in national magazine advertisements among other print mediums. Since making the move to Los Angeles in August 2008, Meghan has appeared in Broadway Dance Center Live instructional videos for both Hip Hop and Latin dancing, music videos and stage shows. Most recently Meghan was selected to serve as a spokesmodel/dancer for JAM Cosmetics and will appear in their print advertising and website. Meghan is excited about performing for Smokey Joe Entertainment and is looking forward to many more opportunities to perform with this talented group of entertainers.

Megan Maher

Megan Maher is a vocalist with numerous years of classical training. A lyric soprano and contralto, her range is impressive and repertoire varied. Megan has sung a wide variety of roles ranging from Zerlina in Mozart's "Don Giovanni" to Audrey in "Little Shop of Horrors." Her love of jazz and lounge music developed at an early age listening to the voices of Peggy Lee, Billie Holiday, Eva Cassidy, and Pheobe Snow for hours on end, and she has since cultivated her own unique and distinguished sound.

Jennifer Tseng

Jennifer Tseng is an L.A. native who began her ballet training at the age of 8. High school and college introduced her to jazz, hip hop, and Musical Theatre. She instantly fell in love with the stage, and graduated from Cal State Northridge with a degree in Theatre Arts. After college she toured and danced with such musicals as "The King and I", "The Wiz", and "Guys and Dolls". In addition, her dancing credits include Six Flags Magic Mountain, Wayne Foster Entertainment, Austin Brooks Magic Show, Fusion Entertainment, etc.... She also lended her acting talents to national and regional commercials for Honda, T.J. Maxx, and AT&T. She is beyond thrilled to be a part of Smokey Joe Entertainment!

Josiah Elkins

Josiah Elkins started training to become a circus performer when he was 12 years old. He joined the "Great All American Youth Circus" in Redlands, Ca at that time. Josiah trained there for four years taking classes to learn things like: Chinese pole, Juggling, Slapstick Clowning, Teeterboard (aka Korean Plank), High fall stunt work, Russian Swing, Tissu, stilt walking, and more. He also worked for the circus maintaining equipment, making new equipment, and rigging. Once he graduated from high school he moved to Fullerton, Ca to attend CSU Fullerton to study the technical aspects of the theatrical world. The training did not stop here since he started going to World Elite Gymnastics in Rancho Santa Margarita, Ca every week to learn trampoline and tumbling skills. In May of 2007 he was hired on at Disneyland to perform as an Acrobat in the parades. Josiah did both Block Party Bash and Parade of Dreams until they closed. Currently he is still training at World Elite Gymnastics as well as other gyms in the area. Josiah also attends auditions for new shows and performs for night clubs around Orange County.

Amber Strauser

Amber Strauser has entertained fans on the sidelines as a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader for two seasons. At Southern Methodist University, she entered the Ms. SMU Body Building 2000 competition and won the title and "Best Poser" award, these accomplishments sparked her interest in attaining her personal training and yoga certifications. Amber has performed on cruise ships traveling the world for a year and a half; she has actually stepped foot on every continent except for Antarctica. She then took a contract as a showgirl in a magic show at SANDCASTLE located on the tropical island of Saipan. She was also a showgirl in MIDNIGHT FANTASY at the Gold Strike Casino in Tunica, Mississippi. She toured Italy in a cabaret show entitled MADE IN AMERICA. Recently, she performed in Thessaloniki, Greece as “Pain” from the Las Vegas vampire show BITE. Since her move to Los Angeles, Amber was a member of the 2004 Lingerie Football League's team Dallas Desire. You can watch her weekly on Fit TV network’s reality show THE GYM. She entertains U.S. Armed Forces twice a year in such countries as Iraq, Afghanistan, Bosnia, Korea, Germany, Macedonia, Albania, and Japan.

Natalie Womack

Natalie was 13 years old when she auditioned for a children's musical and landed one of the leading roles. At the final night of the show, the music pastor invited Natalie to be included in the offertory schedule to sing for the church on a regular basis. She gladly accepted. Natalie stepped down from her solo ministry in the church at the age of 20. Under her former name Natalie Nicole she began her career with the independent release of her debut album "Eclectic Soul" which was released in February 2005 on her private independent label, IndySoul Records. Natalie plans to continue on the independent road, devoting herself to her craft of expression without compromise. Bringing back beauty and raw expression to music and the stage is the fuel that propels her forward in her career. Self-defined into her own "eclectic" genre, Natalie Womack is a raw artist who tells it like it is causing your soul to move with hers. Now she is heading into new territory with the goal of releasing dance music to Orange County nightclubs and college scene, starting with remixes of her previously released hit singles.

Bethany Alldredge

Bethany Alldredge for the past 20 years has danced her way through life. She has trained in ballet, modern contemporary, jazz, tap, and ballroom with a few other things thrown in for good measure, and graduated from Chapman University in 2007 with a degree in dance performance. Since then, she has been gaining more experience and has danced with CoLab Dance Company in Silverlake and more recently in Disneyland’s Parade of Dreams before it closed. She is always looking forward to new adventures and is working her way toward her dreams of eventually joining Cirque du Soleil.

Andrea

Andrea’ started dancing at the age of 5. She performed jazz, ballet, and hip hop numbers at recitals. She became a cheerleader at the age of 10 and found it difficult to stop. She cheered up until she entered high school. During high school Andrea’ discovered she had another talent, singing. Andrea’s repertoire of music ranges from Jazz, R&B, Rock n’Roll, Oldies, Pop. She is also a fluent dancer in Jazz, Hip Hop, Funk and Modern. Andrea’ was a contestant on ABC’s “All American Girl” in 2003 and beat out thousands to become one of the top 4. Soon after that Andrea’ became a member of the Los Angeles Clippers dance team in 2005, where she also sang the national anthem for two home games. Andrea’ joined the performance cover band “The Big Bounce Orchestra. She became the female singer for the band and provided music for weddings, parties etc. Andrea has performed in music videos for Fergie, Talib Kweli, Will I Am, and Daddy Yankee to name a few, she has also done commercials for Direct TV, The Espy awards, and Rockin’ Body workout videos. She has performed at promotional parties for Jay Z, Kanye West, and Jaime Foxx. Andrea’ was chosen to be in the R&B hip hop girl group “Enamori” who has a cd out. She has choreographed routines for Pop Warner cheer teams and Junior All American cheer teams.

Sarah Romanowsky

Sarah Romanowsky, as an aerialist and dancer, has had a wide range of experiences that have molded her as a performer and artist. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Loyola Marymount University, Sarah has danced professionally in a number of stage shows including Donn Arden's Jubilee, Greg Thompson's Showgirls and Corey Burrell's Queen Bees. As an aerialist, Sarah has performed with Hollywood Aerial Arts in in such venues as the Bellagio in Las Vegas, Hollywood's Automotive Musuem, Santo Domingo's Renaissance Hotel, and the Grove and Beverly Center in Beverly Hills. With her speciality of aerial tissue, hammock and lyra, she has also been featured at the Thousand Oaks Civic Auditorium, Knotts Berry Farm and King King. She has a hunger for evolving through her art and hopes to continue sharing this passion with new audiences!
